If your looking for a place to head out for a run at Disney’s Pop Century Resort you can ask at the front desk for a jogging trail map. This run takes you around the Pop Century Resort and down memory lane as you pass giant pop culture icons of the 20th. Just a little over a mile for one run through the course from Point “A” to point “B”, it’s a short path that allows for a quick morning work out.
In addition to the trail featured on the map show, since the opening of the Little Mermaid section at Art of Animation in September, there is a pathway that follows the shoreline all the way around Hourglass Lake. Taking this route makes for a lovely job with much more interest than on the parking lot path. Though not an “official” measurement one loop on this path is thought to be about 1.35 miles around.
The flexibility of combining these courses give runners of all levels an opportunity to mix and match the distances and keep up an engaging view that will get you pumped and ready for the day ahead. Either of these fun runs make for a great way to stay faithful to your routine even while enjoying your Orlando vacation.
